Celebrity actress Bukky Wright has triumphantly returned to the Nollywood scene as the lead in the forthcoming feature film “Red Circle.” Wright returns to the big screen after a long absence, starring in this Akay Mason-directed Rixel Studios production with Nora Awolowo producing.
Folu Storms, Timini Egbuson, Tobi Bakre, Lateef Adedimeji, Chief Femi Branch, Omowumi Dada, Mike Afolarin, Ruggedy Baba, Debo Macaroni, and more celebrities are joining Wright on this much awaited production.
Producer Awolowo posted on social networking site X, reflecting on the production, saying, “This is my most ambitious project yet.” I enjoy pushing myself to achieve something I’m passionate about.”
Bukky Wright was picked for the role, and Awolowo explained why in the caption that went with the trailer for the movie.

Movie buffs who cherished Wright’s outstanding performance in “Omotara Johnson,” which was released more than ten years ago, were ecstatic about this move.
The movie’s trailer showed a disguised person planning many kidnappings, and each victim was given strong arguments as to why they shouldn’t have been chosen. She gave a shivering giggle as the screen switched to Bukky Wright’s character, suggesting danger was about to come for the kidnappers. The movie’s trailer is much anticipated because the teaser may not be enough to get people excited enough on its own.
The film’s creators have not yet given the public an announcement on the release date of their endeavor. Moreover, it is yet unclear if the movie will premiere on streaming services or in theaters.
