Popular actress and filmmaker, Kemi Afolabi has taken to her official social media handle to react to the horrible accident that took place in Lagos where a train collided with a BRT, causing many deaths and casualties.
She said today(09/03/23) is a sad day in Lagos State, Nigeria, adding that today one is living, and tomorrow, one is no more. She said one’s life is not one’s own, adding that people should calm down and tread carefully.
She prayed that untimely death will not be our portion and loved ones’ portion. Also, she prayed that the soul of the departed rest In peace. In conclusion, she prayed that the hands of God be on the injured still fighting for their lives.
