At least, three top matches will be played today across Europe and South America.
The qualification matches for Euro 2024 are still being played across Europe while the South Americans are fighting for places in the 2026 World Cup.
One of the games to look out for today is the Euro 2024 qualification Group A game between Spain and Scotland.
Scotland sit top of the Group A of the Euro 2024 qualifying series on 15 points. They are two points above their today’s opponents, Spain, who on 13 points and a win would see them go top of the group. The group also has the likes of Norway, Georgia and Cyprus.
Also Croatia will take on Turkey in the Group D of the qualifying series. Both teams are on ten points each and are hoping to qualify from the group with Armenia and Wales(on seven points each) breathing down their neck. Latvia is bottom of Group D.
There will be a World Cup qualifying game in the Comobol between Colombia and Uruguay . Brazil is leading the group on six points, the same as Argentina but better on goal difference. Colombia is on four points while Uruguay and Venezuela have 3 apiece.
In Africa later today, Egypt will be up against Zambia in an international friendly matchup. Both teams are preparing for the World Cup qualifying matches coming up later in the year.
