We have the original results of the election – Balami, youths protest in Abuja A large number of Peter Obi supporters staged a protest on Wednesday in the Federal Capital Territory against alleged election manipulation.
On Wednesday morning, the majority of the protesters, who are young people, gathered at the Unity Fountain in Abuja to demand that the alleged altered presidential election results be canceled.
Speaking with Rawloaded at the protest site, Labour Party National Campaign Manager Isaac Balami asserted that party agents have results that differ from those announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission, or INEC.
He stated, “We are here to initiate the process of obtaining the stolen mandate back.” We are of the opinion that the APC did not win this election, and it is documented.
“We have our outcomes. Our agents do not have the results that they announced. We are not here to fight; rather, we are here to inform the entire world that our mandate has been stolen, and we are not going to cry at home.
Keep in mind that the All Progressives Congress’ Bola Tinubu was named the winner of the election by INEC Chairman Mahmood Yakubu.
Atiku Abubakar, a candidate for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), and Peter Obi, a candidate for the Labour Party (LP), who received scores of 6,984, 520 and 6,101,533, respectively, were Tinubu’s closest competitors and received 8,794,726 votes.
