In advance of the gubernatorial election on Saturday, the well-known Nigerian social critic and comedian Debo Adebayo, better known as Mr. Macaroni, has advised residents of Lagos to be wary of those who are stoking the flames of tribal animosity.
Mr. Macaroni expressed regret that some individuals were sharing content that incited people to harm tribes.

He said that people shouldn’t let people who are only interested in themselves cause hatred among Nigerians.
It is sad to see content that incites people against tribes shared. We have been coexisting harmoniously. doing business together and getting married to each other.
