Seven changes have been made to the Bayer Leverkusen team by Xabi Alonso after their 1-0 victory over Union Berlin on Saturday.
The only players holding onto their spots are Florian Wirtz, Alex Grimaldo, Granit Xhaka, and captain Jonathan Tah.
After 41 games, Leverkusen is still unbeaten in every competition this season. Kovar, Stanisic, Tah, Tapsoba, Frimpong, Palacios, Xhaka, Grimaldo, Wirtz, Adli, and Schick make up the Bayer Leverkusen starting lineup. Hradecky, Lomb, Hincapie, Kossounou, Hofmann, Andrich, Iglesias, Arthur, Tella, Boniface, and Puerta are the substitutes.
In contrast, David Moyes has made two changes to the West Ham starting eleven from their 2-1 victory over Wolves.
Given that Edson Alvarez is suspended and Jarrod Bowen is out with a knee injury, West Ham has had to make both substitutions. Michail Antonio and Aaron Cresswell take over for them.
Fabianski, Coufal, Mavropanos, Zouma, Cresswell, Emerson, Ward-Prowse, Soucek, Paqueta, Kudus, and Antonio are the starting lineup players for West Ham. Anang, Knightbridge, Aguerd, Ogbonna, Ings, Johnson, Cornet, Mubama, Earthy, Orford, and Casey are the substitutes.
