Tragically, Fawaz Alabi, a Nigerian activist, passed away after drowning at a Lagos beach. On April 10, Salah day, he had gone to the beach with friends to celebrate the event, but he unfortunately vanished during the celebration.
Fawaz, a devoted political activist who was born in Lagos, had his remains recovered off the shore and was buried by his family. According to witnesses, he drowned while swimming at Lagos’ Ibese Beach. His friends and family are in great sadness following his sudden death.
