Kunle Afod, his junior coworker, shared the tragic news on his Instagram page. They did their best, but God loves the actor more, he said.
He wished him a peaceful death and said goodbye.
“We did our best, but God’s love for you is greater.”
“May the soul of Baba Ogunjinmi rest in peace. RIP, Sun re oooo.”
The list of Nollywood deaths now included his demise. Nollywood has lost seven of its own in the previous four months.

At Evercare Hospital, veteran actor Mr. Ibu passed away as Sisi Quadri was being buried. After fighting for his life for several months, the actor passed away due to a cardiac arrest.
