The Arbitration Court decided that Juventus must give the former forward €9.7 million plus interest, according to a report published on April 17 by Sport Mediaset.
Notably, Ronaldo filed a lawsuit against his previous team for unpaid salaries of €19.5 million as a result of two installments that were missing during the COVID-19 outbreak.
But the arbitration court found that Ronaldo and Juventus are equally accountable, thus the “Bianconeri” will have to pay half of the outstanding wages plus interest.
After three years with the team, during which he scored 101 goals in 134 games, Ronaldo left Turin in 2021.
Cristiano Ronaldo has played in 25 Saudi Pro League games this season, scoring 29 goals and dishing out 10 assists.
