He recently shared a video of his amazing, still-under-development building project on Instagram.
In the video, Reekado Banks is seen inspecting the land with a friend, assessing the status of the building, and formulating future plans.
He was spotted receiving encouragement from both employees and bystanders as they toured the site. The artist referred to the project as his side business venture, although he did not disclose its exact goal.
He penned:

Reekado Banks has addressed the supposed conflict with Don Jazzy, his former label president, in recent headlines.
In a recent interview with media personality Daddy Freeze, Reekado explained the details of his relationship with Don Jazzy and categorically refuted the rumors.
He was surprised to hear that their relationship was on the rocks and highlighted how much of an influence Don Jazzy had on his life, turning it from nothing to something meaningful.
Reekado expressed his sincere appreciation and respect for his previous instructor. He also emphasized that his exit from Mavin Records should not be equated with the popular story of musicians quitting their record labels out of resentment.
Reekado stated emphatically that he spoke with Don Jazzy lately and that there is no longer any unresolved tension in their relationship.
