In the mid hours of today, a live video that has stirred many reactions surfaced showing an acclaimed friend to singer Portable being granted an interview shortly after the court appearance of the musician at a court in Ifo, Ogun state.
Portable’s friend said, “I was there the day Manny Monie was signed by Portable. Manny Monie claimed he had paid thousands of money to some people before gaining access to portable. After being signed, Portable travelled out. When he returned, he didn’t like how he met his studio equipments because they were destroyed. That was why he sent Manny Monie and some other signees away.”
Speaking further, Portable’s friend said, “if Manny Monie is claiming that Portable physically assaulted him, why are there no bruises on his skin?”
Lastly, Portable’s friend said, “as for the popular slang of ‘Wahala’ that portable says repeatedly always, it does not mean he is looking for trouble. He created the slang just as many Nigerian celebrities do in order to trend.”
