Ohanaeze congratulates President-Elect Tinubu The apex Igbo sociocultural organization Ohanaeze Ndigbo has pledged to support Bola Tinubu until a competent court rules otherwise.

Ohanaeze Secretary-General Okechukwu Isiguzoro made the disclosure while urging Tinubu to reach out to other presidential candidates in an effort to be fair.

Isiguzoro congratulated Tinubu on his victory in the presidential election on Saturday while speaking with Daily Post.

However, he lamented the flaws in the most recent presidential election.

Isiguzoro claims that: We have no choice but to congratulate Bola Tinubu, the APC presidential candidate, on his victory as the winner of the 2023 election, despite the fact that INEC has not lived up to its expectations and that people are dissatisfied with the outcome of this election. Democracy will continue to exist.

“Ndigbo are important players in Nigeria’s politics, economy, and other areas. Tinubu must reach out to other contestants in the interest of fairness because Nigeria belongs to all of us. No election is perfect anywhere in the world; the US election was once rigged, but we will continue to support those who won in the spirit of the Southern presidency at this time.

“We are aware that the outcome of this election will result in the Southern presidency, held by Ohanaeze Ndigbo, taking over as the seat of power; In 2023, Ohanaeze ran a campaign calling for the South to take over power. Additionally, we had two candidates, Tinubu and Peter Obi, of which Obi was Nigeria’s favorite; However, we know that the devil is superior to the angel that did not win.

“We are going to manage Tinubu until any court of competent jurisdiction says otherwise that the election was flawed. We are not saying that Tinubu is the devil. Until a court with competent jurisdiction rules otherwise, Ohanaeze will identify with Tinubu.
