Popular actor and filmmaker, Ibrahim Yekini Bakare aka Itele Icon is still in pain over his student’s death, Gbemi Anjola, a Yoruba actress. Itele shared a photo with her and said nothing moves him anymore because all he sees is vanity upon vanity. In conclusion, he thanked everyone for their messages.

To date, Gbemi’s death still comes as a rude shock to many in the Yoruba genre of Nollywood. Many turn up and raised money for her treatment abroad and even witnessed her recovery not knowing that she will die at a set date. Death is inevitable and the living must move on.
