Veteran of Nollywood Kanayo O. Kanayo has brought his first son, Clinton Mbaise, into the film business.
The seasoned actor disclosed that Mbaise will be working for Simpliciter Associates Productions, his production firm, as both his personal assistant and assistant production manager.
Kanayo recently stressed in a video posted on his Instagram account that his son is there to work and shouldn’t be treated any differently.
“This is my first son, Clinton Onyeze Mbaise. Additionally, he will be working with us as both my personal assistant and assistant production manager today,” he remarked.
“Don’t handle him like my kid. I am issuing a warning to all of you. His purpose for being here is to work. Like everyone else, he will receive payment. Don’t start saying “na K.O.K. son.” I’m not good at that kind of thing. Handle him like he’s part of the production team.
Kanayo revealed that Mbaise recently received his information and communication technology degree from Babcock University.
He said that before pursuing additional education, Mbaise studied management and filmmaking.
