Due to allegations of Naira misuse, controversial musician Habeeb Okikiola, also known as Portable, has claimed that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, or EFCC, is going to arrest him.
Portable, who is now overseas, stated that when he lands in Nigeria, he will be picked up by agents of the anti-graft agency.
The “Zazu” crooner said he is currently being targeted after self-described social media activist VeryDarkMan asked the agency to investigate him for allegedly abusing the Naira. He recently came out to seek the EFCC to forgive him if they have any proof against him misusing the Naira.
Portable recently remarked, “I’m scared,” during an Instagram live session with admirers. VeryDarkMan named me, therefore the EFCC is preparing to arrest me when I get back to Nigeria.
“You talk too much, VeryDarkMan abi VeryDarkBrain. Talk should only be reserved for those with valid points to make. Do you work in law enforcement? Your views on public matters are intended for law enforcement personnel. Nigerians were the ones who pleaded for your release when you were detained. You were skinny when you emerged; all of your muscles vanished.
“And you’re boasting now. Talk is best left for reasonable people. You discuss anything from politics to ladies. What is your line of work? Tok tok.
