Controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola, better known by his stage name Portable, begged the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for forgiveness in the event that he was found to have abused Naira.
He made it clear that he never intended to deface the Naira, stressing that the goal of his money-spraying operations was to help the general public.
Portable emphasized his deference to authority at a recent Instagram live session by saying, “After God, it’s the government.” He restated that his goal was to support a large number of people, not to indulge in Naira mutilation. In the event that someone saw him spraying money, he humbly asked for forgiveness.
It’s important to note that the EFCC is getting ready to charge well-known socialite Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, with abusing Naira.
