As the condolence messages keep trooping in, among those who shared their condolences, Olamide, the renowned artist and former label boss, posted a heartfelt tweet that simply read,
“damn Mohbad.”
However, it appears that Olamide’s message did not sit well with everyone or at least one of his former record label member.
Former YBNL rapper Emini Davolee took to social media to throw some subtle shade at the artist. In a post on his Instagram story, Emini Davolee shared his thoughts, seemingly addressing Olamide directly.
He wrote,
“Make Una make sure say una chop am too o. Awon olorikori say na damn Mohbad.”
This message appears to carry an undertone of criticism, suggesting that some individuals only express their care and concern for someone when it’s too late—once they have passed away.
