Ayodeji Balogun, better known by his stage name Wizkid, is an Afrobeats artist. He recently sent out a mysterious tweet before of his colleague Davido’s wedding to his fiancée, Chioma Rowland, which has caused controversy.
Despite fresh allegations of infidelity against the musician, Davido announced a few days ago that he and Chioma would tie the knot in Lagos on June 25.
The DWW CEO shared pre-wedding pictures of herself and Chioma on social media on Sunday night.
Wizkid, his coworker, started a furor when he tweeted, “Lol [laughing out loud]” shortly after Davido shared his pre-wedding pictures.
Some fans claim that the CEO of the Starboy record company tweeted once more on Monday morning, June 24, seemingly taking a jab at his competitor Davido.
Writing on his X handle, Wizkid said:

Many of the responses to his tweet implied that he was disparaging Davido’s soon-to-be wife, Chioma, who has shown the musician a lot of understanding in spite of adultery charges.
In a recent declaration, Davido’s first mother, Sophia Momodu, acknowledged that she and the singer had resumed their romantic relationship between 2020 and 2022—the same time frame during which the DMW leader was also pursuing his fiancée, Chioma.
