In order to lower their risk of prostate cancer during their formative years, men should strive for about 21 occurrences of sexual activity every month, according to Nigerian physician Dr. Rasheed Adedapo.
He stated that the prostate gland is similar to the saying “use it or lose it” when speaking on Classic FM, emphasizing the value of frequent sexual activity for prostate health.
He clarified that the main way the prostate exercises is during erections, which come with sexual activity. Adedapo cited studies showing that, in order to reduce their chances of prostate cancer and cardiovascular problems, healthy men should strive for about 21 sex encounters every month.
However, he went on to encourage men to think about having extramarital affairs, implying that a man’s wife might not be able to meet the requirement of 21 sex encounters per month on her own. Doctor Rasheed reaffirmed his position regarding the significance of having a “side chick.”
Dr. Rasheed says, “Don’t mention me to your wife,” suggesting that tact is essential. He suggested getting into a legal contract with a side girl to make sure the 21 times a month goal was met.
Sadly, the National Library of Medicine revealed that almost 20,000 men in Nigeria lose their lives to prostate cancer every year.
