The former singer under the record label of the Habeeb Okikiola (Portable), Manny Monie has said he is willing to settle the case with his former boss of the court. He said this while speaking to newsmen in the court today in a video shared by Punch Newspapers on their Facebook page.
According to the source report, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable Omolalomi was arraigned today at the Magistrate Court, Ifon, Ogun State Nigeria by the Nigeria Police.
According to the Public Relations Officer of the Nigerian Police, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, the singer was charged to the Court on the count of six offenses. However, the singer has been granted bail provided he met the conditions of his bail.
The Court demanded that the singer pay a fine of the sum of 300,000 Naira and also two sureties with landed property within the Court’s jurisdiction.
The ex-signee of Portable, Manny Monie who wrote a petition against his former boss was also present at the court today. While speaking with the Punch Newspapers’ reporter in a video shared on their Facebook page said he did not expect the case to get to the level it got to.
