The Nigerian movie industry has once again lost a rising star, Gbemisola Anjola.
This has led to several reactions from colleagues in the Yoruba Nollywood sphere as some had expressed disbelief and shock over the young lady’s death.

Anjola had been diagnosed of ovarian cancer prior to her demise and had been fighting for her life until she lost the battle as announced on many celebrities’ timeline on the 25th of March.
Zainab, an actress and a very good friend to the deceased, also took to her media page to express her disbelief that the young girl (Anjola) is truly dead, and as such, would not mourn her yet by typing ‘Rest in Peace”.
Zainab also stated how she is expecting her good friend to call for a gist.
