Popular Nigeriana actress, Ini Edo has stated that she isn’t a feminist.
There have been some comprehensions that theco-producer of ‘ Shanty city ‘ Ini Edo is a feminist. still, during an interview on the podcast, ‘ Tea With Tay ’, she cleared the air.
According to Ini Edo, she believes that the rights of women should be defended and that there’s a necessity for equivalency between genders.
still, she was brought up in a way that esteeming men is of great value.
She said “ I ’m not a feminist, being a feminist means different effects to different people, I love to cover women’s rights and I feel the need for equivalency.
“ But I ’m also veritably structured and I’m raised in a certain way, I’m raised to admire men, I’m raised to value men. I want to be a woman but I also want to be suitable to be a queen, you can be a king, and I’m a queen; I’m just comfortable in being a queen. ”
