Few moments ago, Popular Nigerian Stand-up Comedian, Actor and Writer, Bovi Ugboma known professionally as Bovi publicly came out to speak about his relationship with his father.
During a recent Interview with Chude, The talented Comedian was asked if he’s close to his dad and he revealed that he’s not close with him but they are cool. Bovi further stressed that it’s not like he is always fighting with his dad but he doesn’t wants to raise his kids the way his old man raised him.

“Me and my dad are not close but we are cool, I grew up with him in the same house but we are not pals. I am grateful to God that I have had the ability to Study and to know that you can not make another person responsible for your happiness neither can you blame anybody for your misfortune everybody will answer for themselves, so I have grown to that point where I’m like okay, my old man was doing according to what he knows probably if he knew more, things would have been a little different”.
“So it’s not like we were always fighting and all but I don’t want to raise my kids the way I grow under my old man so I’m trying to be different at all cost. I’m a new person now so I have put everything that happened between me and my old back behind me, I realized in the past I probably used to speak from my place of hurt then I grew to understand that I’m responsible for myself now”, Bovi said and it stirred massive reactions from the general public.
