Nollywood actress, Bukunmi Oluwasina has recounted her last moment with singer, Mohbad.
Taking to her Instagram page, Bukunmi revealed the singer’s last message to her, sending her love and promising to support her.
Bukunmi, who has mixed feelings about his death, stated that she is sad and happy at the same time.
She noted how he is in a better place now as no one would come after his life and he is safe.
The mother of one added that it was an honor that she was able to show him her last support and love while he was alive.
“I got you… That was your last message and symbol in our chat. I’m sad and happy at the same time. Because you are in a better place now.
And no one would come after your life again my friend.
You are safe now Imole.
It’s an honor that I was able to show my last support and love while you were here.
Good night Oladimeji”.
Bukunmi isn’t the only celebrity who shared her last money with the singer.
OAP, Do2dtun, recalled how he and Mohbad were at a show together a few days back. He recounted how they smiled and laughed without knowing that would be their last moment together.
Also, BBNaija’s Tacha recalled how she hosted the singer on her radio show, without knowing that would be the last time she would see him.
On Tuesday, news made rounds that Mohbad, born, Ifeoluwa Oladimeji Aloba had passed away at 27.
The devastating news was confirmed by Entertainment journalist, Ovie via the micro-blogging platform, Twitter now known as X.
He revealed that the former Marlian signee kicked the bucket on Tuesday, September 12, 2023.
Sources close to the late singer’s family and friends had disclosed that Mohbad succumbed to complications arising from a severe ear infection.
The news wasn’t well received by many as they believed there was more to his death.
