Nigerian comedian and filmmaker Ayo Makun, also known as AY, has shared the significance of always counting his blessings.
The comedian-turned-actor, who made his divorce public a few weeks ago, said that being thankful for the good things in his life keeps him from getting too down on the negative ones.
He went on to say that it had enhanced his general sense of contentment, decreased stress, and improved his health.
He cautioned his followers, saying that the more they appreciate and acknowledge what they already have, the more they will have to be thankful for in the future.
“Counting my blessings has prevented me from getting too upset about the terrible things in my life and has encouraged me to be grateful for the positive things in my life. It has aided in the improvement of my general sense of contentment, stress reduction, and wellness.
We shall have more to be grateful for as we acknowledge and show our thanks for what we already have.
MERRY SUNDAY, FAMILY
June 2, Ay Live in Abuja.
AY announced the breakup with Mabel Makun early this month, apologizing for losing the house he had spent nearly two decades building and acknowledging that he had made compromises while they were married.
Nonetheless, he issued a warning about misrepresenting him and his family, since he believed it would harm his teenage daughter. Ayo Makun asserted that “women always play the victims and win,” hinting at his wife’s potential guilt. He also said that “no one is completely innocent.”
She broke her silence, too, saying that her hopes of a lifetime marriage had changed and that she was determined to move on with dignity and fortitude. This was his estranged wife.
The mother of two implored the public and media to grant them space while they adjust to their new stage in life. Despite the numerous lies that have been spread about her, she stated that she will honor her children by avoiding them.
After the divorce, Ayo Makun infuriated a lot of people by flaunting his daughter Michelle on his Instagram profile, the only thing that survived his failed marriage.
The comedian spent millions on a brand-new Range Rover from J Bautos Machines last week.
