Celebrity chef Hilda Baci of Nigeria marks the first anniversary of shattering the record for the longest cooking marathon set by the Guinness World Record.
Recall that Hilda attempted to break a world record at this time last year in Lagos by surpassing the 100-hour mark with her crew of about 100 people.
Looking back on the five-day cook-a-thon that started on May 12 and ended on May 17, 2023, the chef commemorated the occasion with an Instagram post.
According to her
“The Alpha team and department heads will rightfully be the first to celebrate because I could not have accomplished this without them. They were my initial point of contact and the reason my enormous goal came true.
“I’m grateful for them every day; they put together the experience of the year as a huge team of about 100 people,” the speaker said.
