Nollywood actor Kenneth Okonkwo and his wife, Ifeoma, had another joyous occasion to commemorate on May 6, 2017.
Their son, Ken Jnr, came into their lives last year, marking the end of a nine-year journey of longing for a child. Kenechukwu Isaac Chukwuchirimeze Okonkwo was born on May 6, 2016, at the University of Maryland, St. Joseph Medical Center, USA.
During the annual program, Shiloh 2016, at Winners Chapel (Living Faith Church), Kenneth shared their remarkable journey. He recounted how Ifeoma had struggled with multiple fibroids, a challenging condition. However, their faith and prayers led to a miraculous intervention.
Kenneth vividly remembered being present during Ifeoma’s surgery, where the doctors faced numerous fibroids. Despite the complexity, the procedure was successful, and the doctor’s report astounded them. Ifeoma’s body was rejuvenated to an astonishing extent, akin to that of an 18-year-old.
In gratitude, they became active members of the church’s sanctuary-keeping unit, experiencing not just spiritual but also physical cleansing. As they dedicated themselves to the service of God, they witnessed the miraculous restoration of Ifeoma’s womb.
The initial marriage of the actor from “Living In Bondage” to Ogechi, the sole offspring of Reverend and Pastor Mrs. Ezekiel of the Christian Pentecostal Mission (CPM), dissolved after a mere two years, culminating in a bitter divorce in 2002. Nonetheless, from this union, a son was born. Here’s to wishing Ken Jr. a joyful birthday celebration!
