Isiaka Dogara, a cattle dealer, and his 14-year-old daughter Fatima were murdered by gunmen.
They were taken from their home in Chitumu, which is in the Gwagwalada area council of the Federal Capital Territory, during an attack.
A source says that around 15 armed men broke into the community late on Saturday night and went right to the cattle dealer’s house.
He added, “They quickly abducted him along with one of his daughters, Fatima, who is approximately 14 years old.” They were killed later.
He stated that another person was shot in the abdomen and was taken to the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital while residents attempted to intervene.
The incident has yet to be confirmed by the police.
