The multi-talented celebrity made the big revelation on her Instagram page. She had previously hinted about her 2023 ventures into acting and executive producing.
Her much awaited movie, “Water & Garri,” is about to be released; it will debut exclusively on Prime Video on May 10. As she broke the wonderful news to her fans, Tiwa Savage gushed, “My beautiful people. There is a date for our film, @waterandgarrifilm. I’ll see you on May 10 at primevideo.

The main plot of the movie centers on Aisha (Savage), an aspirational fashion designer who returns to her native country after ten years abroad. Her return home is complicated by the need to face her past and find closure for the wounds and guilt she left behind.
