Nollywood actress, Nkechi Blessing has reportedly reached out to social media activist, Very Dark Man, regarding allegations regarding her appearance at Davido’s wedding.
VDM, who attended Davido’s wedding, claimed that most celebrities were not up to par as many snuck into the party. He claimed that Iyabo Ojo and influencer Ashmusie were not invited to the main wedding but to the after party. He added that Ashmusie and many other sketch makers were only invited to the after party and that Nkechi Blessing was nearly thrown out of the venue.
Responding to this, Nkechi Blessing declared that enough was enough in a video posted on her Instagram page. She said she wanted to let it go because people asked her not to say anything. However, she changed her mind because if she said nothing it would just stay like this.
She let it be known that she does not have time to work on VDM because she continues to promote her brand products and takes care of her business which she is paid for. Nkechi expressed her prejudice against VDM, stating that people like her who can travel all over the world with a visa do not say too much or interfere in public affairs.
“You know, I wanted to let it go but I think if I let it go it will go ahead. A lot of people asked me not to say anything about it but it no longer makes sense so I just had to do it. If you don’t say anything, it will continue.
What did you expect from me? Well, we don’t talk much, we have visas to travel anywhere in the world. We don’t even interfere in official affairs. We care about the business that pays us, and that’s the only business on the Internet that gives me money.”
Many flooded her comment section, praising her maturity in ignoring controversial public figures.
A Callmebecks wrote: Fly to different countries and make memories. Don’t stay in a room that’s bouncing up and down.
One Adeyinka Adesoye who wanted violence wrote: “I was expecting violence but I was disappointed”,
One Leggy wrote: “I got the Nkechi I was expecting”, and a Castro 3 official wrote: “It could actually be used for defamation”. ;No need for much talk

One Temibaby2021 wrote: Sisterhood is proud of you guys.
One Angel Mercy Collection wrote: Don’t draw attention to him. This is his strategy to make celebrities relevant again.”
It may be recalled that VDM and Nkechi once had an online spat after VDM attacked the actress’s skincare product advertisement, claiming that the product was fake and promoting the use of content filters.
In response, Nkechi Blessing retaliated by branding Very Dark Man as “broke” and “jobless” in a live video. Her statement took a sad toll on Very Dark Man’s mental and emotional well-being, as he revealed that the derogatory comments she had made had nearly pushed him to end his life.
