Hadi Sirika, the former minister of aviation, together with his daughter Fatimah and two other accused, will be arraigned in court by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Thursday.
The accused are charged in relation to a purported N2.7 billion contract fraud that was discovered by Sirika at the Aviation Ministry.
On Thursday, the troubled former minister would be charged and put on trial for the first time before Federal High Court Judge Sylvanus Oriji in Abuja.
Sirika is scheduled to appear in court alongside his three co-defendants, Al-Duraq Investment Ltd., his daughter Fatima, and one Jalal Hamma, on allegations that they abused their positions to launder more than N2.7 billion.
