According to Kemi Filani, Omowunmi must receive notice of the ongoing DNA test application from the Chief Magistrate Court located in Ikorodu.
The court was informed by the legal team that Wunmi had been denied court service by the Sheriff twice. As a result, the Chief Magistrate issued an order directing the court to serve Wunmi by posting the court process at her last known address.
