Nigerian journalist, Dr. Kemi Olunloyo has dragged renowned Nollywood actress, Chioma Akpotha over her raised alarm about the chaos in her polling unit in Lagos State.

The actress initially made the rounds after sharing a video, narrating how she was almost attacked by thugs with knives and bottles as she was about to make a video when she wanted to vote during the Governorship and state assembly election today, 18th March, 2023.

However, as channels television shared the report on Twitter, the journalist couldn’t help but react, as she addressed the actress, telling her not to be an Obidients hero. Dr Kemi Olunloyo reacted further, as she told Chioma Akpotha that nothing will happen if she ends up losing her life. The journalist also added that the actress should rather cast her vote and leave, and not report like a journalist every time she goes to vote. Dr Kemi wrote:

“Chioma Go home! Don’t try to be an Obidients hero. Nothing happens if you’re killed. Stop media interviews and stop reporting like a journalist every time you go vote. Cast your ballot and LEAVE.”
