Colleagues, fans, lovers and family of the late John Okafor, better known as Mr Ibu, gathered on Wednesday, June 26th to pay their final respects to the late actor.
Rawloaded reported in March that the veteran actor mourned his death after fighting for his life for months. The news was announced by medical personnel who reportedly took the actor’s last breath. President of the Nigerian Actors Guild, Emeka Lawlas, later confirmed the news, revealing that he died of cardiac arrest. His death has been mourned by the industry as he was loved by many and made our childhoods unforgettable.

A memorial evening for the late actor was held on Wednesday and was attended by many of his colleagues. Photos circulating on the Internet show the actor’s wife and children saying goodbye to their father with serious expressions.
