It is the All-Star weekend and Nigerian singers are making the country proud for putting Nigeria on the globe.
The National Basketball Association (NBA), on Wednesday February 15th, has announced that three Nigerian super stars will headline the NBA All-Star Game 2023 Halftime show.
The halftime show, which has an Afrobeats-focused set, will take place in Utah on Sunday, February 19th.
Other singers set to headline the show includes Jewel, Post Malone, and Vin Diesel.
Before Sunday’s game, Post Malone will hit the stage for a medley of his songs during the first arena-hosted All-Star Draft. Vin Diesel, who’s set to star in Fast X, will be host for the night, announcing the All-Star Game players.
This is no doubt a big feat for Burna Boy, Tems and Rema as the NBA All-Star, is one of the biggest basketball celebration of the season.

Also, Davido made history when he performed at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Chinese businessman, Stephen Hung shared the good news of his performance via his official Instagram story.
He stated that the singer had confirmed that he would be closing the ceremony at the World Cup.
Keeping to his words, Davido had performed at the football’s closing ceremony to the cheers of Nigerians.
He performed alongside Trinidad Cardona and AISHA, where the sang their 2022 World Cup soundtrack titled ‘Hayya Hayya’ (Better Together).
