Gyakie, a well-known singer from Ghana, Jackline Acheampong, has stated that she is reluctant to get romantically involved with other musicians.
She expressed her viewpoint and discussed the possible difficulties of dating someone in the same field in a recent interview with 3FM in Accra.
“Love is definitely a beautiful thing. I wouldn’t advise myself to pursue a relationship with someone in my field right now, though,” Gyakie said.
Interestingly, Gyakie has never been connected to a love partner in the media. Speculation regarding her connection with Nigerian musician Omah Lay in 2021 turned out to be publicity gimmicks for their “Forever” remix duet.
