The news that Honest Idibia, also known as 2Baba, and his manager, Efe Omorogbe, have decided to go in separate directions after a storied 20-year journey together has the music industry buzzing.
Delta State native Efe Omorogbe leads the abilities the executives organization, Muzik, at the moment.
A joint statement announcing the end of their collaboration was made on Wednesday and released on Instagram by Muzik. It alluded to a mutual agreement for the quick dissolution of their association.
“I’m grateful to 2baba for the trust and for the kinship,” Omorogbe wrote on Instagram. I’m happy for the companies we brought together, the music we created, and the people we interacted with.
It is definitely an honor to have walked side by side with 2Baba, one of the greatest Nigerian performers of all time, and to have watched and helped him create magic over the past few years.
“My group and I anticipate now supporting from the sidelines, and proceeding to advocate for any and everything 2Baba,”
